AgriProcessors workers ignore the suffering of cows who are still sensible to pain after having their throats slit by the ritual slaughterer. The animals stagger and slip in blood while their tracheas dangle from their necks.

Statement of Rabbi Jonathan Crane, University of Toronto
To so-call slaughter animals and immediately rip out their trachea while they are still conscious is murderous twice over. Once, for the animals whose unnecessary suffering is obvious in this video. Twice, for the system of kashrut which bases itself on transparency and, more importantly, compassion.
